Tri-Legacy Sports Group (TLSG) is a women-led executive organization appointed as the operating partners of the Atlanta Truth, a professional women's football franchise in the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC).
Founded by Dr. Pamela Larde, Dr. Sonayia Shepherd Akinlade, and Dionne L. Mack, TLSG brings together decades of leadership experience across education, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Dr. Pamela Larde
Chief Executive Officer
A former player with the Atlanta Truth, Dr. Pamela Larde is an educator, researcher, and leader with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and creating learning organizations. She is a professor of leadership at Anderson University, founded the Academy of Creative Coaching, and is Director of Education for the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate. With a research focus on joy and well-being, her work focuses on building sustainable, people-centered systems.
Dr. Sonayia Shepherd Akinlade
Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Sonayia Shepherd Akinlade is a senior operations leader, community advocate, and global executive with extensive experience managing complex organizations and leading large-scale initiatives. She is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Safe Havens International and has extensive experience in the clinical trials industry. Her leadership centers on operational excellence, safety, and community engagement.
Dionne L. Mack, PCC
Chief Strategy Officer
Dionne Mack is a business strategist, corporate consultant, and executive coach with over two decades of experience supporting organizations across finance, manufacturing, biotechnology, government, and education. She is the founder of Dionne L. Mack Solutions and is on the executive leadership team at the Academy of Creative Coaching. Her expertise includes leadership alignment, organizational effectiveness, cultural agility, and long-term growth strategy.
